The gerbils are really getting used to thier new home in room 248. They have a great time with all the children and they really enjoy going home with them on the weekends. I want to thank you for allowing them into your homes. All the children will have an opportunity to take them for a weekend. If you do not want to take them home that is not a problem. So far we have had enough supplies for them however, if you would like to donate any of the following for future needs that would be fantastic!

Hello new friends! I am so excited to meet each of you. My name is Whitney Asip, and I am starting my second year here at Nicholson. I have been teaching for five years. I previously taught fourth and EIP at Powers Ferry Elementary. Fourth grade is my favorite grade. I love it! I am married to my husband Brent, and we have two beautiful girls named Alexis and Alivia. This year they will attend our neighboring school, Keheley. I love spending time with my family, and since Nicholson is so close I am able to. I also enjoy reading and snowboarding. I can't wait to get to know you. See you soon!
